Why LOL Exists
Living Out Loud (LOL) Services was born in seasons when life felt heavy and support felt limited. Over the years in education and leadership, I experienced burnout, personal hardship, shifting roles, and the quiet pressure to keep showing up without a clear place to process what was happening.
Over time, one truth became clear: encouragement matters, but it is not enough. People need space, guidance, and a way forward.
Journaling, prayer, reflective practices, and steady community became anchors that slow the swirl and bring clarity, helping next steps feel grounded and sustainable.
LOL exists to offer others what I needed then: a calm place to reflect, reconnect, and move forward with intention.
