LOL Moments is where I share the reflections, life lessons, meaningful experiences, and personal moments that have shaped the way I understand what it means to live life out loud.

For me, Living Out Loud has never meant living perfectly or fearlessly. It has meant continuing to grow, reflect, rebuild, pray, learn, and keep showing up, even in seasons filled with uncertainty, setbacks, doubt, and fear.

Some of the most meaningful growth in my life has happened in the middle of the story, before anything felt polished or complete. These moments are part of that becoming.

Nearly ten years passed between beginning my doctoral journey and walking across the stage. Graduation was certainly a celebration of earning the degree, but it also represented something much bigger to me.

It was evidence of what can happen when you keep going through uncertainty, delay, exhaustion, and all the moments when quitting would have been easier.
