LOL Moments is a space where I share reflections, life lessons, meaningful experiences, and personal moments that capture what it means to truly live life out loud.

For me, Living Out Loud has never meant living perfectly or fearlessly.

It has meant continuing to grow, reflect, rebuild, pray, learn, and keep showing up...even during seasons filled with uncertainty, setbacks, doubt, and fear.

LOL Moments is a reminder that meaningful growth rarely happens in perfectly polished chapters.

Sometimes the most powerful moments take shape while we are still becoming.

Graduation

One of the greatest examples of this journey was earning my doctorate after nearly ten years of perseverance from October 2016 to my graduation in May 2026.

That journey stretched me in ways I never expected. There were moments of exhaustion, questioning, frustration, delay, and deep personal growth along the way. But there were also moments of clarity, purpose, resilience, and becoming. Experiences like this helped to shape the heart of LOL. The achievement is deeply gratifying, but so much of the growth came through the process under pressure and choosing to do it anyway in the face of challenging terrain. I made it through this one and many others, but there are more to come. I’m still living out loud through all of them.
