LOL Letter — April Update

What Is Taking Shape

Some things become clear all at once.

More often, they take shape slowly through reflection, conversation, and small forward steps.

Discovery Calls Are Open

Discovery Calls are a short conversation to understand what you need and suggest the Living Out Loud service that fits best.

Some schools need renewal work.
Some individuals want space to think through important decisions.
Some teams need help having honest conversations.
Some women simply want space to reflect, pray or meditate, and breathe again.

The Discovery Call helps find the right path.

What Is Taking Shape

April feels different than March.

Something has already begun, even if the full picture is still forming.

This month has been reminding me that clarity does not always arrive before movement. Sometimes it comes while we are walking, while we are talking things through, and while we are willing to stay present to what is unfolding.

Not everything has to be finished before it is meaningful.

Sometimes things take shape quietly.

Sometimes they take shape through conversation.

Sometimes they take shape through small steps that do not look impressive to anyone else, but matter deeply to us.

If something in your life is beginning to take shape right now, even if it still feels incomplete, you are not behind.

From the Educator Renewal Series

Work continues on the Educator Renewal Series.

Over the past several weeks, the structure of the series has been becoming clearer. The work is designed to help schools slow down long enough to see what is working, where pressure is building, and how staff can begin making small improvements together.

The series moves through three phases. It begins with individual reflection and alignment to purpose. It then creates space for staff to better understand one another and the systems they share. It concludes with a short trial period where schools test one manageable shift together.

This work is not about adding another initiative.

It is about helping the school ecosystem function more clearly and more cohesively over time.

Pilot conversations are beginning, and more updates will be shared soon.

Coming This Summer

Work also continues on the Becoming on Purpose journal.

This journal grew from years of reflection about faith, identity, work, and the quiet process of becoming who we are meant to be. It is designed to create space for honest thinking, prayer or meditation, and intentional movement forward.

The first pages will be shared later this summer.

An Encouragement for This Month

Whatever seed has been placed inside you to cultivate may not always look or feel the way you imagined. That does not mean it is not growing. Some seeds stay hidden for a while before anything visible begins to emerge.Keep watering it. Keep weeding it. Make room for time and patience to do their work. Not all growth announces itself right away.Give what you need.
