LOL Letter — March Update

Real change rarely happens all at once.
More often, it unfolds slowly…in people, in schools, and in the ways we choose to grow.

Discovery Calls Are Open

Discovery Calls are a short conversation to understand what you need and suggest the Living Out Loud service that fits best.

Some schools need renewal work.
Some individuals want space to think through important decisions.
Some teams need help having honest conversations.
Some women simply want space to reflect, pray or meditate, and breathe again.

The Discovery Call helps find the right path.

A Season of Renewal

March often brings the first signs of spring.

The trees begin to bud.
Flowers start pushing through the soil.
The air shifts just enough to remind us that new growth is possible.

Recently, I experienced a quiet moment of awakening myself.

Not a dramatic change.
Just the subtle sense that something new was beginning to stir…a realization that certain old patterns and expectations may need to be released in order for something healthier to grow.

Nature reminds us that renewal often begins this way.

Before the blossoms appear, something inside begins to shift.

From the Educator Renewal Series

Work continues on the Educator Renewal Series, designed to help schools slow down long enough to see clearly what is working and what is not.

This work is not about blame.
It is about clarity and realignment.

When educators have structured space to reflect together, healthier systems begin to emerge for both students and the people who serve them.

More updates soon.

Coming This Summer

Work also continues on the Becoming on Purpose journal.

This journal grew from years of reflection about faith, identity, work, and the quiet process of becoming who we are meant to be.

It is designed for women who want space to think honestly, pray or meditate, and process life with intention.

The first pages will be shared later this summer.

An Encouragement for This Month

As the seasons begin to shift, consider where renewal might be needed in your own life.

Sometimes renewal looks like rest.
Sometimes it looks like a difficult conversation.
Sometimes it begins with simply acknowledging that something inside you is ready for change.

The work matters.
The person doing the work matters.

You are seen. You matter.

Thank you for walking this path with Living Out Loud Services.
